Search, List, Detail Form Display Box Example

This is an example of a Data Entry Screen using a SearchFormDisplayBox, a ListFormDisplayBox and a DetailFormDisplayBox. It reuses the model in example8. These form display box components have controller functionality built in so it isn't necessary to code a controller for a standard data entry screen.
